Terms and conditions
- Minimum 10 persons, maximum 18 persons
- Reservations to be made according to chart below (NOT VALID DURING CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS)
- Reservations not possible in between 15th of April and 1st of August
- Reservation is confirmed upon receiving a downpayment of 50,00€ and this at least one week before the choosen date.
No refund will be made if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before choosen date.
If you cancel your reservation and if you are eligible for a refund of your deposit, you can request a refund by sending an email to cafeteria@skate-poseidon.be, within 14 days after the cancellation of the reservation. Please state your name, first name and order number in the email.
